As I head into partial retirement, I’d like to thank all my loyal customers, who I also think of as my friends. If you’re a current customer, nothing will change. If you can’t find it, see it, read it, or understand it, marketing won’t work. The design and message must be clear, obvious, clean, simple…and be accessible to your audience. It’s never enough to put up a sign and hope for the best. Some companies hire that overly-animated sign flipper guy on the corner. Their job is to get your attention (and make waiting at a traffic light rather entertaining.)  You might laugh and shake your head, but you noticed, right?
